Point Capri adjoins the Point Nepean National Park. Locate the unique bush track leading to originally named Capri Beach (aka St Andrews Beach).

Building materials, where possible were sourced from sustainable choices including locally sourced granite to create the winter heat bank on the southern wall, releasing warmth in the chill of the evening and aiding cooling in summer. 

Cleaning materials are 100% natural, sustainable and 99% biodegradable, made from a mixture of natural colloidal agents and plant based oils including clove, cypress, savoury, mint, eucalyptus, pine, rosemary and thyme.

Garden path lighting is low energy and on sensors.
